Request deletion

1. Open the public form and submit your account sign-in email. The form is available without signing in and does not reveal whether an account exists.
2. Save the request reference shown on screen. No verification email is sent.
3. Sign in with your own matching verified email, return to the form, enter your reference and verify ownership.
4. After verification, support can process the deletion. Staff cannot process an unverified request or use a submitted email alone as proof.

Submitting the form does not instantly erase your account. If you cannot sign in, use the sign-in recovery options first or contact support@bidwiseus.com for recovery assistance. Do not send your password or verification codes. Contacting support does not bypass ownership verification.

What is deleted

Completed deletion removes your Clerk sign-in identity, personal profile and contact details, owned avatar, portfolio and job uploads, insurance file, authored message text, job descriptions and location details, bid text and contact shares. Stripe subscription renewal is stopped. Deletion is permanent.

What remains and why

A minimal inactive pseudonymous account row, project and bid relationships, statuses and amounts, payment/subscription identifiers and receipts remain for counterpart records and financial obligations. Limited request, security and moderation audit records remain for accountability, safety and dispute handling; these can include previously reported content. Completed request records no longer contain the request email or Clerk ownership-proof identifier. There is no fixed automatic deletion period for financial and audit records. Payment processor records, provider backups and copies others already received are not necessarily erased by BidWise. See our Privacy Policy.

Processing and subscriptions

If an external provider fails, your request remains available for retry and is not marked complete. Your access may be locked while deletion finishes. Uninstalling the app is not account deletion or subscription cancellation. Resolve open project commitments and contact support with questions about outstanding obligations.
