Accounts and eligibility

BidWise is for adults age 18 or older. Provide accurate information, protect your sign-in access, and use an account only with proper authority. By using BidWise you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.

Marketplace responsibilities

BidWise connects homeowners and independent contractors. We do not perform, supervise or guarantee work and are not a party to agreements between users. Homeowners must evaluate contractors and project risks; contractors must maintain required licenses, insurance and permits. Confirm scope, pricing, payment schedules and other project obligations directly in an appropriate agreement. A listing or badge is not a guarantee of screening or quality. Fees and subscriptions

During the first 3 signup calendar months, the first 5 submitted bids in each UTC calendar month have no accepted-bid fee. Additional bids remain available during those months and are charged a 5% accepted-bid fee only if accepted (rounded to the nearest whole dollar, $1 minimum). After that introductory period, submitted bids remain available and the same 5% accepted-bid fee applies only when a bid is accepted. Losing or unwon bids have no fee. BidWise Pro costs $14.99 per month for unlimited bids with no accepted-bid fees. This policy applies to all contractors; prior pricing does not carry over.

Review the price and payment conditions before confirming a purchase. Subscription billing, cancellation and refund provisions are described in the Pro Network Subscription Terms. Project payments agreed between users are separate from BidWise platform fees. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.

Content and acceptable use

Only upload or share content you are authorized to provide. You permit BidWise to store, display and process that content to operate the service. Do not impersonate others, submit fraudulent bids, harass users, publish unlawful content, misuse personal information, or bypass security or payment controls. BidWise may restrict content or access to protect users, enforce these terms, or comply with law.

Service limitations and account closure

Availability, accuracy and project outcomes are not guaranteed. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. You may stop using BidWise and request account deletion; closure does not erase obligations already agreed with other users or records that must be retained. Contact support about unresolved billing or project issues.
